Our application process is designed to give you and us the opportunity to find out whether we are a good fit for each other. Below you will find an overview of the individual steps of our application process:
Submit application: Submit your complete application documents (cover letter, CV, relevant certificates and supporting documents) preferably by e-mail to info@cosmoliving.de
Confirmation of receipt: Once we have received your application, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. This lets you know that your documents have been successfully received and are being processed.
Reviewing the documents: Our HR department will carefully review your application. Depending on the number of applications received, this process may take some time. We therefore ask for a little patience.
First job interview: If your documents have aroused our interest, we will invite you to an initial interview. Depending on the situation, this interview can take place in person, by telephone or virtually via a video conferencing tool. In this interview, we would like to find out more about your qualifications and motivation.
Second interview: If there is mutual interest, a second interview usually follows, during which you have the opportunity to get to know other team members and find out more about the day-to-day work at our company. If necessary, we may also carry out small technical tests or tasks to assess your knowledge and skills.
Decision: After the interviews, we will make a decision and inform you promptly of the outcome. If we decide in your favor, you will receive a detailed contract offer from us.
Onboarding: Upon acceptance of the offer, our structured onboarding process begins to make your start as pleasant as possible and to prepare you optimally for your new role.
